Online return policy

You can return any merchandise not having 40% discount and that it is not worn, not washed or if it is defective at our store or by post. The returns made within 30 days of the date of shipment of the order will be reimbursed according to the original payment method. The returns made after 30 days following the shipping date are not refundable or exchangeable. All items in 40% discount and more are final sale. So non-exchange, non-reimburseable. All returns made are at your expense, apart from if it is an error or a factor break approved by the company.
